Blog Creation Process
Initial Consultation (30 minutes, via Zoom):
We’ll begin with a Zoom meeting to discuss your goals, target audience, and preferred topics (business, personal growth, fitness, health, etc.). This conversation will help me understand your brand voice, key messages, and any specific themes you want to explore.
Research and Topic Ideation:
Based on our discussion, I will conduct thorough research on relevant topics, trends, and keywords to ensure your blogs are both engaging and SEO-optimized. I’ll present you with a list of potential topics and blog post titles that align with your objectives for review and approval.
Content Outline and Approval:
For each approved topic, I’ll create a detailed outline, including key points, subheadings, and a proposed narrative flow that incorporates storytelling elements and humor. This outline will be sent to you for feedback and approval to ensure it aligns with your vision.
Blog Writing and Drafting:
Once the outline is approved, I’ll write the first draft of each blog post, focusing on a compelling introduction, a well-structured body, and a strong call to action (CTA) that engages readers. Each post will be tailored to fit the style and tone we discussed, incorporating humor, personal stories, and actionable insights.
Custom Blog Banner Creation:

Based on your feedback, I’ll make any necessary revisions to the content and banner images to refine the tone, style, and message. I offer two rounds of revisions to make sure everything is polished and perfect.
SEO Optimization:
I’ll ensure each blog post is optimized for search engines, including targeted keywords, meta descriptions, internal and external links, and proper use of heading tags. This will help improve your blog’s visibility and reach.
Content Delivery:
The final, polished blog posts and banner images will be delivered in your preferred format (Word, Google Docs, etc.). If requested, I can also assist with uploading and formatting the content directly on your website or blog platform.
Optional: Content Calendar and Future Planning:
If you choose, I can help create a content calendar for future blog posts, providing a strategic roadmap that aligns with your business goals and ensures consistent audience engagement.
