Strategic Audit: I review usability, information architecture, conversion flows, and onboarding, as well as accessibility and mobile responsiveness.

Prioritized Findings: You'll get a report with all issues ranked by impact and implementation effort, giving you a clear roadmap for what to fix first.

Delivery: You receive a comprehensive PDF report and a video walkthrough explaining the "why" behind each recommended fix.

Q: Will this help pre-launch?

Q: What do I need to provide for the audit?

A: To begin, I just need two things:

A link to your product (live site, prototype, or Figma file).

Your main business goals for the product.

However, to get the best results, the audit must be data-driven, not just a visual review. Please provide any of the following you already have:

Access to your product analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.).

All existing user research (surveys, past interview notes, user feedback).

Any heatmaps or session recordings.

This audit focuses on analyzing your existing data. It does not include conducting new user research. If you need me to perform fresh user interviews or usability testing, that is a separate UX Research service we can scope as an add-on to the project.
