Summary
I am the best at cold calling, and I am one of the few people that enjoy it. I love to have the person not trust me at all when they answer the phone, then slowly start trusting me, then wanting to buy my product by the end of the call.
Process
You will need your own phone number and calling system. This is for your benifet. You want to own the phone number, not me. And you want to be able to keep track of how many calls I am making via the phone system.

I can usally do around 25 calls per hour. So, if your list is 100 numbers it might take me around 4 hours.

I can cold call your list of numbers for anything, but especially related to real estate. If that is to a homeowner or to an investor, I can do it all. I love sales and am good at it. I usually make around 25 calls per hour from a cold call list. You will need your own phone number and system. PS I do NOT work for commission only.
