Add the finishing touches to your track by getting it mixed and mastered by a professional audio engineer with 6+ years experience in audio production/post-production.

Process

Once you provide me with the multitrack to the project I can start making the first adjustments. For vocals, this may mean tuning them if needed and adding effects like reverb after some basic processing (EQ, Compression, De-Essing etc.).
For instruments, this can mean levelling all the elements (example: Piano, Bass, Drums and guitar) so that the vocals sit perfectly among them, as well any additional processing and panning to widen the mix and give the listener a great stereo experience.
Once the mix is at its best, the entire project will be bounced down to a single audio file where it will go to be mastered. By using a series of tools like EQ's, Saturators, Maximizers and more, The final touches will be applied to the track. From there it will be rendered into a .WAV file and will be (as well as any other deliverables you require) delivered directly to you.

FAQs

  • How long will this process take?

    Mixing and Mastering a track can take anywhere between 1-3 days depending on the size and length of the track, as well as taking into account any specific requirements the client may have.

  • What are multitrack/stems?

    Multitrack are the individual audio files that make up the song, depending on the amount of sounds/instruments used this can range from 5 to 30+ files that will have to be sent to me in order to mix your track. Every DAW has an option to render multitrack but if you use FL studio and are having trouble, simply message me and I can assist you! If you are using a different DAW you can find many tutorials online on how to go about this.

  • What equipment do you use?

    For monitoring, I use a pair of Dynaudio LYD 48 speakers and a pair Sennheiser HD600 headphones running through a MOTU M4 audio interface. Aside from that, the rest of the work is done within my DAW using a combination of WAVES plugins, FabFilter Plugins, SoundToys plugins, and some stock EQ's.
