Summary
The UX Design and Research phase is very important for the project. Just a pretty design is not enough. At this stage, I analyze data, research the market and competition. Based on the knowledge gained, I design solutions such as information architecture or wireframes, which I then test with users. I conduct both moderated and unmoderated tests using platforms such as UserZoom.
