4 artisa Creative Boutique Studio OPS — Client-Owned Setup
Designed for boutique interior design studios and independent creative businesses with a small working team, this service delivers a personalized operations system built on the 4 artisa Creative OPS framework.
Your workspace is configured around the way your studio actually operates, then deployed into infrastructure owned directly by your business. You retain control of the hosting, database, source-code repository, AI usage account, administrator access, and studio data.
No technical deployment experience is required. 4 artisa handles the configuration, deployment, connection, testing, and handoff process.
For studios managing multiple clients, active projects, team responsibilities, vendor relationships, materials, revenue, and administrative follow-up across scattered tools, this service creates one structured internal Source of Truth.

Delivery Timeline
14–21 business days
The project is reserved after the booking deposit has been paid and the required onboarding questionnaire has been completed.
The delivery timeline begins on the confirmed implementation start date, not on the purchase date.
To protect focused implementation time and system quality, only one new onboarding begins at a time. A second onboarding may begin after the first active project reaches day 10. No more than two client implementations are managed concurrently.

Investment, Client-Owned Hosting, and Project Scheduling

Total Setup, Personalization, and Deployment: $3,500
A $1,750 booking deposit is required to reserve your project and begin onboarding. The remaining $1,750 balance is due before final deployment and handoff.
The booking deposit is applied toward the total $3,500 service price and is not an additional charge.

Client-Owned Hosting

Your completed workspace will be deployed through infrastructure owned and billed directly to your studio.
You remain the owner and billing contact for the production hosting, database, source-code repository, AI usage account, domain connection where applicable, and all studio data entered into the system.
4 artisa handles the technical configuration, deployment, connection, testing, and handoff.
Third-party hosting, database, storage, domain, and AI usage fees are not included in the one-time service price. These fees are paid directly to the selected providers and vary according to usage and provider plans.
There is no required monthly hosting payment to 4 artisa under the client-owned model.
Optional ongoing technical maintenance and system care may be purchased separately after launch.

Delivery Timeline

The standard delivery timeline is 14–21 business days.
The delivery timeline begins only after:
The $1,750 booking deposit has been paid
The required onboarding questionnaire has been completed and submitted
The required client-owned accounts and collaborator access have been provided
The confirmed implementation start date has arrived
Completing the deposit and questionnaire reserves the next available implementation window. It does not automatically begin the delivery timeline while another client implementation is already underway.

Limited Project Availability

To protect focused implementation time and maintain the quality of every system, only one new client onboarding begins at a time.
A second onboarding may begin once the first active project reaches day 10. No more than two client implementations are managed concurrently.
Clients who book while both implementation spaces are occupied will receive the next available start date.

Founding Client Support

Initial founding clients receive continued support for launch-related bugs within the original agreed scope until those issues are identified and resolved and the delivered system is functioning as intended.
Founding support does not include new modules, future integrations, major workflow changes, third-party provider outages, or unlimited ongoing development.
