Identify the scope of the product. Help client test the product hypothesis by doing customer development.

Build product road map, document the requirements and user stories.

Work with Design team to build the UI/UX for the product.

Work with Engineering team to breakdown the product roadmap schedule and create a delivery schedule.

Build internal process workflow for requirement to development to testing to production.

Manage technical backlog

Conduct regular planning and tracking meeting to help teams reach the goals.

Take customer feedback on the features built and adjust the product roadmap and or product requirements.
