The 4-Step dance to your idea
Step 1 — Let’s chat
Let’s hop on friendly call (or just chat, you’re in charge here) where you openly share anything that you need for your transcription job. You send me all video assets. We keep it simple, then we go to work.
Step 2 — The Work
This is where fun begins. We review each of your produced video assets, every video (as long as it is on English) will be accepted and run through OpenAI’s Whisper engine. After a minute or two, we look at the output, see if it needs more work. And then we’ll go from there.
Step 2 — Closed captions perfection
We then run the whole thing with our Grammar checker. making sure we didn’t miss any punctuation, capitalization, spelling and syncing errors. In case we need confirmation to you for a certain name or spelling inquiries, we’ll let you know. Before we move on to your next video.
Step 2 — Read to Ship.
Once confirmed that all your deliverables are rightfully transcribed, we then package all the .srt files for you in a cloud folder, and let you know that its ready to be downloaded. You may check on your side, if the playback with the .srt will be perfectly synced.

How long does it take to create one AI transcription?
With the speed of OpenAI’s Whisper, the process only takes as early as 2 minute up to 5 minute, depending on the current demands of the AI. Upon verifying, you can typically get your transcription job (up to 5 videos, no more than total of 1hr of videos) completed as soon as the next 2 hours. We can also discuss multi-phased delivery if that will better suit to you.
Can you provide hard coded subtitles for all my videos instead?
Yes, we're happy to put real animated subtitles for your Short-form videos instead to your needs as an add-on prepaid price according to the number of your video jobs. With video editor software, we can automatically animate and hard code the subtitle right in the videos instead, making sure your audience watch with subtitles on no matter what. Just let us know early if you’ll need that instead of .srt files.
