Client will receive an optimized, well designed, professional website based around the relevant business and marketing material provided by the client. An initial exploration period will be required wherein the client is responsible for providing context and where applicable, reference samples of similar websites in order to align expectations and ensure rapid and accurate delivery of the website can be achieved. A wireframe mockup will be provided to explain the concept and identify changes early on. Sign-off will be required of the wireframe mock-up, after which production process can proceed. Site content will be generated in accordance to the expected industry-relevant standard for the purpose of speeding up the design process in the event of content not being ready in time. The final website will be CMS driven so as to allow the site owner to manage page content autonomously. The website will be built on the Framer platform and the client will incur all hosting and subscription charges associated with the facilitation and requirements for the site to launch. For the project to be considered complete, it is not required or dependent on content to be finalized by the client. Content facilitation and proof of such will be determined by placeholder content serving as representation and completion and functionality of the agreed final product.
