Proofreading and editing your website contentIan Lawther
I will basically check your content and update it as needed to make it a better reading experience for your audience.
What's included
Proofreading
I will read through the content and check it makes sense, as well as being factually accurate.
I will also check grammar and spelling and the general flow of the content so it is not repetitive or boring for the reader.
Editing
I will edit any mistakes and adjust the content to read more smoothly and naturally. This is especially important if the content is written by non-native English speakers or has been created by AI.
SEO
I will make sure that SEO optimisation has been done. This is however a balancing act, as you can't optimise too heavily as you then impact on the readability, so this has to be done in a more subtle way.
FAQs
Yes, I can review content that is about to be published, or is already live. Both types of content can be treated the same way.
I will do this for 1 blog post.
The average article size is around 1500 words, but if it goes over this, i am not too worried.
The main point is I will look at 1 piece of content and we can discuss doing more after if required
