Process

Project Kickoff and Clarification Initiation of kickoff communication to clarify aspects of the project. This also opens an opportunity for the client to further explain the project, confirm understanding, discuss expectations, and address any potential clarifications or concerns.
Client Onboarding The client will be taken into a project hub designed for them where they can check progress, FAQs, files, and more. During this step, the client and designer will be exchanging documents available like contracts and invoice/purchase order.
Project Execution Execution of the project following the discussion and meeting. There will also be check-in/progress meetings in between (if applicable).
Client Review and Feedback Where we share the completed project or initial draft with the client for review. Feedback and revisions are also given if necessary.
(Optional) Application of Feedback and Revisions In this stage, the given revisions are going to be applied to the project and check-ins will also take place.
Client Offboarding Final files, acknowledgements, and goodbyes are shared to the client. This is when client satisfaction form is also given for the testimonial and overall feedback.
