-Categorization of monthly/yearly transactions. This includes income (invoices, etc.), expenses, and Journal Entries if needed.

-Payroll entries & processing

-Reconciliation and monthly/yearly close entries (so you can be prepared for Tax time)

How it works:

-Send me a message to confirm the details before purchasing OR We start with a discovery call. We will discuss your exact needs and how I can help you.

-Add me as an Accountant User in your QBO /Xero account

-I will do a QuickBooks/Xero Diagnostics Review to identify any issues, see where you have left off in your bookkeeping, and outline a plan of action to get your bookkeeping all caught up.

-I will send you a custom offer based on the findings from the Diagnostics Review and request for documents. We can discuss and customize as needed to fit your budget and goals.

-I will start working! After completion, I will send the financials & query sheet for review and when you provide answers to queries & uncategorized transaction coding, I will update books & send again updated financials.
