About this service
Summary
I will provide you with photo-realistic 3d renderings of interior & exterior views to present your project or to get a clear visualization of your project.
If you could provide me with some pictures of the surrounding environment of the site or Google map location for me to get an idea about the site, the outcome will be much more realistic.
Process
Please contact me first to provide me with the details of your project. It can be AutoCAD or SketchUp file or a hand sketch.
I will then confirm the price and the deadline for the project.
First you will be provided with SketchUp model or images of your model for you to confirm the model is correct according to your specifications.
You can have 2 revisions for the model. If it is a complex project, more revisions can be provided.
After confirmation, I will begin rendering process.
You will be provided with mock images to confirm the vegetation, mood, time, etc.
Rendered Image set will be provided.
After confirmation, images set will be edited.
At the end you will get complete set of renderings.
If needed 3d model & rendering file can be provided.
What's included
Exterior & Interior Images
Hi-resolution (1920X1080) images in JPEG format edited using Adobe Photoshop Image quantity can be discussed (Will differ according to the project) 2 Revisions for the 3D model and 1 Revision for the Renderings
3D Model
Provided in SKP or COLLADA format 2 Revisions for the 3D model
Rendering File
Provided as Lumion file 1 Revision for the Renderings
