Overview

A website enquiry should reach the CRM with the right fields. A new order should trigger the next task. A routine report should arrive without someone copying the same rows every week.
I build integrations and automated workflows for existing websites, applications and business tools. The starting package covers one clearly defined, one-way workflow between two systems, using a documented API or webhook and a supported authentication method.
We agree the trigger, the information to transfer and the expected result before work starts. I then implement the connection, test representative records and make failures visible so you can tell when something needs attention.

What you receive

One agreed integration: a short workflow description covering the trigger, source fields, destination and completion checks.
The working connection: API or webhook handling and the field mapping required for the agreed workflow.
Validation and repeat handling: checks for required data and a defined approach to repeated events or duplicate records where the systems support it.
Failure visibility: useful logs or status messages, plus safe retries where appropriate. Actions that could create duplicates are handled according to the agreed recovery behaviour.
Verification and deployment: representative test records, relevant failure checks, and deployment into the agreed existing environment.
Code and operating notes: how the workflow runs, where configuration is stored and what to do if an input or external service changes.
One consolidated review round: adjustments within the agreed workflow and correction of issues that prevent it from meeting the brief.
Seven days of scoped bug support: correction of reproducible bugs introduced by the delivered integration and reported within seven calendar days of handover.
US$750 is the starting price for a focused integration delivered over one week. I review the API access, data mapping and recovery requirements before confirming the scope and fixed quote.

Process

Map the manual task. Identify the source, destination, trigger, fields and expected result. Review API access and agree the fixed scope.
Build the connection. Implement the workflow with representative test data and a suitable way to see successful and failed runs.
Check the exceptions. Test the relevant missing-data, repeated-event and external-service failure cases. Apply one consolidated review round within the brief.
Launch and hand over. Deploy to the agreed environment and provide the code, configuration notes and recovery instructions. The seven-day bug-support period starts at handover.

Questions before starting

Which two systems need to connect, and what are you currently doing manually?
What should trigger the workflow, and what should happen at the other end?
Can you provide API documentation, a test account and the required access through a secure channel?
Roughly how many records or events will run through it, and how quickly must they be processed?
What should happen if a record already exists, required information is missing or the destination is temporarily unavailable?
