Process

Evaluation: I work with the team to understand the current product standards and processes they are working with. I will ask questions about the team size, technical capabilities, and SDLC execution into consideration. I get to know the product team and the cross-functional stakeholders.
Discussion: I follow up with the team members to discuss the learned pain points that exists amongst the team of stakeholders including product, engineering, QA, design, and data science to bring forth a deeper understanding of where improvements in the process can be made.
Suggested Plan: Based on the evaluation and internal discussions, I will suggest a plan of execution for the core team involved. This could focus on improving the SDLC process in partnership with engineering, an improved solution for analytics for performance or success metrics, an iterative product roadmap, or coaching and product mentorship.
Execution: I work with the team members or team leads to walk through the plan of action and their involvement in their respective roles. I document the steps in the process while evangelizing and executing the plan.

    I work with product managers to develop an organizational product process and repeatable playbook that can be used for the team for execution purposes. I document the end to end standards for the product processes and executable playbook to be reused and evangelized across the team. Standards of SLA's, SDLC, Analytics, and Team Processes are part of the shared documentation evangelized across the team for smoother processes.

  • Provide granular detail around execution specifics

    Develop product processes across analytics, 0-1 product execution, platform services, and cross-functional relationship management. Leverage a reusable playbook for execution across teams, platforms, and services.

  • Provide End to End Standards Working With Stakeholders

    Identify the key internal and external stakeholders working with the team in an executable checklist to sign off on projects and details. Details include when to engage with stakeholders on what specific areas of SME.

  • Focused Expectations on Development Standards

    Work with cross-functional teams to identify the expectations and standards of the process. Define the SLAs across performance, including time to paint, view, and load a page, API Performance. I partner with engineering to identify areas of improvement for the SDLC process for faster releases leveraging the shift left philosophy.

  • Create Analytics Playbook

    Work with product, marketing, and analytics to define analytics playbook and structure for tagging across web and mobile to create a structured process for tagging and management for reporting on success metrics, KPIs, OKRs and performance.
