Deliverable Scope:
Upgraded Presentation based on the client's provided content
- Avail this service if you already have your own branding guidelines and own PowerPoint template but you can also request a Look and Feel first if needed
- Deliverable includes:
- Clean up of backend templates for future use
- Usage of Images and Icons to improve the design
- Dynamic and elevated layouts to communicate your content with style
- Brand slide: A slide that contains your template's colors and fonts for your own reference
Timeline:
Discovery
Discovery is the phase where the client and the designer talk about the Project and its overall scope
- This phase may require a call if in case the client requests it or the Designer deemed it necessary to help nail down the scope
- Client is to send their Content, Existing template, Branding Guidelines, or Assets needed to achieve the desired deliverable
- Calls are made via Zoom or Microsoft Teams
Quote/Questions
The designer will review all assets provided and shall provide a quote and additional questions (if there are any) for the client 3-4 hours after the initial call
50% Design
Only applicable to decks with a high number of slides or if a client specifically requests it
- The Designer will format 50% of the deck first and is subject for the client's approval
- This is to make ensure that the design expectations are achieved first before we proceed to 100% of the deck
- Once the 50% is sent, the client is to review and give feedback so the designer can make changes on their end and start working on the rest of the deck once it's approved
100% Design
- The designer cleans up the master slides in the backend so the client can use their own template for future use
- The designer formats all content needed as discussed with the client
- The designer provides a write-up or a written description for the client to review once they are done with the project
- Deliverables are to be sent via Contra or through email or any portal the client approves of
Client Review
The client reviews the deliverable sent by the designer
- If there is feedback:
- The client will provide the feedback and contact the designer through Contra
- Designer will edit the deck based on the revisions
- If there are no changes needed:
- The client will inform the designer that no more changes are needed
- The designer will send an Invoice to the client with the use of Harvest
- The client shall proceed to billing

- 1 week:
- 1 day for Discovery and Quote/Questions
- 2-4 days for design work
- 1 day for feedback and revisions
- 2 day for Finalization and Project Completion
