Summary

I will provide clear monthly accounting and timely financial statements for your business. I work in both Xero and Quickbooks.
Pricing is for up to 5 hours of work per month. We can discuss any extras during the initial call.

Process

We have an initial call where we discuss your accounting needs and determine how much work needs to be done.
You provide me information required to start the work (statements/bills/invoices etc.)
I work on your accounting and send you clarifying questions if any.
Once all transactions cleared, I finalize your financial statements and send them over to you.

  • What accounting software do you use?

    I work with both Quickbooks and Xero. Xero is my favorite for it's simplicity and user friendly interface (my clients love it too).

  • What if i have questions, can i contact you?

    Yes, you can send me your questions and if needed we can schedule a phone call, if it works better.

  • What if my accounting requires more than 5 hours per month?

    Pricing could be adjusted based on your company needs. We can discuss it during our initial call or as your company grows. I'd be happy to support you along the way.

  • Do you provide additional services like payroll or sales tax?

    Yes, these services are extra and could be discussed during the call.
