All I do is write content. I get an outline and some keywords. I research and write/type the content into the outline. Edit and format all the good stuff in a Google Doc (shared) run that hot content through Copyscape and, now, a few AI detectors just in case. And for the most part, I will upload that article into your Wordpress site, add images and links, and dilly dally with your SEO plug-in, (I'm a little biased toward Yoast!, Ahrefs is alright, Rankmath is a pain but easy to use, Semrush is average in my opinion) Get the readability and SEO green, have meta tags, titles, and descriptions on both the content and images. Finally, per your request, I either leave it as a draft or publish it lickety split.
