Deposit
To begin the project, we require a 20% deposit of the estimated project cost. The final 80% payment is due upon completion of the project, along with the final project files.
Discovery
Our first step is to learn more about you, your company or product, and your target audience. We'll send you a questionnaire that helps us understand your needs and business goals.
Mood Boards
Using the information gathered from the questionnaire, we'll create mood boards - visual inspiration that we'll share with you. We'll work together to select a vibe that feels right for your brand, and use your choices as a reference throughout our creative process.
Design
Once we've agreed on the mood boards, we'll begin the design work. We put in a lot of effort to ensure that every aspect of your brand identity is robust and adaptable when creating a new brand. Depending on the project scope and schedule, the design process usually takes around five weeks.
Presentation and Feedback
We'll present you with three logo directions, prioritizing quality over quantity. At every design stage, we'll send you a PDF presentation for feedback. Based on your feedback, we'll make the necessary updates and send the revised designs for your review.
Revisions
A typical project scope includes two revision rounds. You'll receive updated designs after providing feedback, and we'll repeat this process until you're happy with the final design. If you require further revisions beyond the scope of the project, an additional fee will be charged to maintain clarity and conciseness in the feedback process, which saves time and effort for all parties involved.
Delivering
Once you've approved the final design, we'll send you the final invoice for the remaining project cost. We'll also deliver all editable files and materials that were included in the scope of the project.
