First up, is a discovery call to know more about your objectives, your goals, and how I could help you
I will work out a time that bests suits you to start working together
You'll fill out a questionnaire where I will find out your business goals and any growth opportunities I will like to anticipate.
After that, I will present you our robust content and growth strategies to help you become an impactful brand
Throughout the strategy, we brainstormed more than 1 month's worth of ideas, which I will distribute and input them in the content calendar
Once those are approved, I start developing the graphics/videos (if you need to record anything I will create very specific guidelines), the captions + hashtags, and stories
After everything is ready, I will schedule them
When posting day comes, I will interact before and after, and respond to comments and DMs
Each month I will send over the social media report with KPIs and key learnings + opportunities
