Yes, please provide the size of the design. Like Some of the standard social media sizes are "1080*1080", A4, A5, etc.
What do you need to start?
I need your design preferences like Size, colors, branding and any other thing you would like to include in the design.

Absolutely not, I will Use Royalty Free images.
