FAQs

• How soon can we start?

  After the call is done and we both think it’s a match made in heaven, we can start onboarding as soon as you’re ready and get you into the Trello boards.

• How does a monthly plan work?

  You pick a monthly plan that fits best to your needs. Depending on how many creative services you need. Not sure which plan? We’ll cover that in the free discovery call.

• How many deliverables can we request?

  As many as you need. We will provide an estimate on when each product will be done. Note: some stuff take up more time to develop, we assume you understand this concept. We’ll make sure the quality is always there.

• How do you make a request?

  You’ll get your own Trello board and in there you create your request cards. You can also request through Telegram, we will add the cards in there for you. From there we take it over. You will see the production process in 1, easy to follow, clear overview.

• What if I have to pause the plan?

  No big deal. We’re flexible. We pause your plan whenever you have to. Just let me know on time so all the communication chains will be informed ASAP.

• How many people work on my project?

  1 senior creative (me) and 1 senior Project Manager (if needed).

• Why not hire full time designers?

  Hiring and recruiting good creatives can be a long process. Also, having someone full-time usually costs more. With Winsbits, you get full flexibility and senior-level experience ready to work for you as soon as you subscribe.
