No, unused hours do not carry over to the next month. The retainer reserves my availability for you during that month.
Can I request extra hours if needed?
Yes, if I have the availability. Extra hours beyond the retainer will be billed at an hourly rate.
How is the payment for the retainer handled?
Full payment for the retainer is due on the 1st of each month before any work begins.
