Create mobile apps from scratch, port an existing app from one platform to another, or maintain and develop existing apps. Scope of work may include any or all of the following

Research, outline, and document app features. Unnecessary features are trimmed to tighten focus.

Design visuals/screens capturing feature flows and expected behavior.

Create a non-functional prototype serving as a guide for app development. Prioritization is assigned to features.

Architect data layers and build backends.

Complete app features one by one according to the prioritized non-functional prototype. A milestone build is made after each feature is completed. Working builds are made for testing on an as needed basis.

Configure and set up app publishing in app marketplaces (App Store, Google Play, ...) as needed.

Publish production builds and roll out to users on app marketplaces.
