Process

STAGE 1 (onboarding)

Brief:

Depending on the scope of the project, we will either start with the brief. If I have any questions or need to share updates, I will be in contact.

Discovery Call:

If the scope of the project is larger, or if you’d like to dive deeper into my process and what’s to come, a discovery call is the best option!

STAGE 2

Payment:

Depending on the project and platform, once everything is finalized and you're happy, expect an outline for smaller projects or a formal contract for larger ones. The document will outline the deliverables, payment terms, and timeline, along with details for revisions. Once half of the payment is confirmed, I’ll proceed to the next step.

STAGE 3 (Branding Presentation)

Process PDF:

Once the dates have been established, expect a branding presentation within 1 week. This will showcase the research, process, and results. After you're happy with the direction, we’ll move on to the more refined mockups.

After the branding presentation is reviewed and all feedback has been addressed, I will send you the final deliverables.

What is included in the brand package?
My brand package includes a custom logo design, color palette, pattern work, social media banners, and mockups tailored to your brand’s identity. I also offer a detailed branding presentation to showcase the process and results.
How long does the branding process take?
The timeline varies depending on the project scope, but generally, the process takes between 1-2 weeks from start to finish. You’ll receive regular updates to ensure everything stays on track.
Do you offer revisions?
Yes, revisions are included! For smaller projects, I typically offer 2-3 rounds of revisions. Larger projects may have more flexibility. Please refer to the contract or outline for specific revision details.
How do you handle payments?
Payments are split into two parts: a 50% upfront deposit, and the remaining balance upon completion. For larger projects, the payment schedule may vary, and we can discuss the details beforehand.
Can I request a discovery call before starting the project?
Absolutely! If you’d like to discuss the project in more detail, a discovery call is a great option. It allows us to align expectations and ensure we're both on the same page.
Will I own the final designs?
Yes, you will own the rights to the final designs once the full payment is made, and they will be yours to use across all platforms and materials. However, I reserve the right to showcase the designs in my portfolio and marketing materials to demonstrate my work. If you prefer to keep the designs private, we can discuss this during the project, and I will respect your wishes.

In addition to your logo, expect color palettes, pattern work, and banners for social media platforms to help fully visualize your brand. 🏷️
Brand Mockups
As a bonus, instead of just the basic essentials (business cards, social media mockups), expect 2 to 3 custom mockups that represent your particular brand. 🎉
