  You’ll receive a complete deliverables package including SketchUp and PDF exterior blueprints, high-resolution AI renders, and a Design Intent Summary that developers, architects, or investors can use for next-phase planning.

• Do you provide stamped architectural drawings for permits?

  No. I specialize in conceptual design, CAD layouts, and architectural visualizations. Clients typically take my design intent package to a licensed architect or engineer for permitting, structural calculations, and construction documents.

• Can you customize the container home to my specific needs?

  Absolutely. Every project is fully custom layouts, square footage, container configurations, style, materials, and outdoor elements can all be tailored to your vision, property size, and functional requirements.

• How long does a full concept design take?

  Depending on complexity, most projects take 7–21 days from initial concept to final delivery. Larger multi-unit or commercial container layouts may require additional time.

• Can I use the renders for investor presentations or marketing?

  Yes. All delivered assets are licensed for commercial use, allowing you to share them with investors, real estate partners, or marketing teams to pitch or pre-sell your project.

• What do I need to get started?

  A short consultation and your project details desired layout, container count, style preferences, property info (if available), and any reference images. After alignment, I’ll begin the conceptual design and visualization process.
