What to Expect

I will join your product team as an individual contributor (IC) and dedicate myself to a particular product or service offering. I will engage with stakeholders, marketing, sales, support, engineering, architecture, data scientists, designers, and customers to identify and solve the correct problems.

This service is for mature organizations who have existing product and services and need help growing and/or retaining customers. I offer different services if you are new business or seeking to restructure your organization and implement processes.

Creating and/or refining customer journey map and personas

Product demos and training for marketing and support
