Over the last 25 years as a design professional, I've been involved in building, structuring, and organizing dozens of teams at early stage startups, established agencies, and enterprise companies. Many of those teams have gone on to build amazing, successful products, and some have remained together for years.
Depending on where you are in your journey to build your dream product team, you may need help figure out who to hire, identifying organizational and process issues, how to skyrocket productivity, and anything in between.
As an outside consultant, I'll come in and work with you to level up your team and it's process, without the overhead or potential politics of a permanent, internal design manager. This might involve reviewing your design system, sitting in on sprint planning sessions, interviewing your current team to identify culture problems, recommending, selecting, or interviewing potential new hires, helping educate the broader team on design process, and any number of other things.
