Hello, I'm a senior product designer at PASV. I design AI agent products: what the agent may do on its own, where a person must approve, and how people recover when the AI is wrong.
At PASV I rebuilt the failed-run view of an AI agent tool around who owns each step. Time to first fix dropped from 31 to 17 minutes. I also made reversibility the basis for agent approvals, and irreversible incidents went from about 45 a month to under 10.
What you get: a review of your current flows, a map of agent actions (automatic, needs approval, blocked), designs for approvals, errors and recovery, and a clickable prototype.
Packages: Starter $1,500, 2 weeks: one core flow end to end. Standard $2,500, 3 weeks: up to 3 flows + prototype. Advanced $3,500, 4 weeks: full agent experience + usage notes for your team.
