Audit
Research will be done on the brand to discover its digital footprint and community presence in the marketplace. Opportunities and challenges will be decided upon during this deliverable. This includes a 60-minute strategy call at the beginning of the project.
Brand Narrative Framework
A comprehensive document will outline brand personality, tone and voice. This will be very specific, if the brand is sitting right in front of someone how would this brand come off? This includes understanding the nonphysical "intangibles" the brand is selling.
Value Proposition
A document will be approved to outline the positioning and target audience for the brand. 1-2 personas will be provided.
Content Planning
A content calendar "starter kit" template will be submitted outlining messaging angles, potential campaigns, key dates and which platforms will be used.
Content Creation
Depending on the decided platforms, the following will be submitted. -1 blogpost no longer than 300 words -3 social media captions
60-Minute Wrap-Up Call
This call will be scheduled to conclude the project under the agreed-upon scope. Next steps and pain points will be discussed.
