Your product is strong. How it shows up is costing you deals, users and time. In 3 weeks, I'll close that gap.
This sprint is for founders who have something real but can't get the world to see it that way. Maybe investors don't get it fast enough. Maybe your website doesn't match your ambition. Maybe every deal needs you in the room to close.
Most people come to me with a prescriptive brief: new website, rebrand, and so on. But I'm more interested in understanding the actual issue, so I can find the real bottleneck. Sometimes that's the brand. Sometimes it's the site. Sometimes it's the product experience itself.
How it works:
Week 1: Discovery + Positioning. Before we start, you'll complete what I call a brain transfer: around 20 questions, pulled from a bank of 75 I've refined over 15 years. It's designed to uncover the assumptions you're making, the road you've already travelled and where you're trying to get to. By the time we kick off, I already know the lay of the land and where I'd start. From there, I go deep on your product, market and audience. We nail the narrative: what you do, who it's for, and why it matters. I write the copy and establish the visual direction.
Week 2: Design. I work in deep, focused sprints with tight feedback loops. Brand identity and full website design in Figma, with daily check-ins. Nothing gets designed in isolation. If you have an existing team, I'm just as comfortable leading them or working within their structure. I will always work to get your team genuinely bought into the solution, not just hand them something to implement.
"He has always gone above and beyond in suggesting ways we can strengthen our product, rather than just delivering on a basic brief." — Lyz Swanton, Co-Founder, Feedr
Week 3: Build + Launch. The site goes live. I build in Framer or Webflow, optimized for mobile, fast-loading and ready to convert. I stay close through launch, checking everything works as expected, fixing anything that comes up fast, making sure it's smooth, not stressful.
"Dan delivers at high speed at equally high quality. Bringing us into the process at every stage made us feel like a partner rather than a client." — Rakesh Narayana, Reckitt
You walk away with a brand and website that closes deals without you in the room. Everything is delivered so you can carry on without me, or flow straight into a retainer. My average client relationship runs 18 months across 3 projects. Some have stayed for 10 years.
I've done this for 100+ startups and global brands. Arlula launched and had an oversubscribed raise. Parkd went from being mistaken for a consumer app to landing enterprise deals. Pixels unlocked hundreds of thousands in new revenue within weeks of launch.
