The process is in three steps:

1. Research 100 grant opportunities

2. Narrow these to the best 20 opportunities that can be used to create a full 12-month grant calendar.

3. Recommend the top 5-10 opportunities to prioritize

Deliverables include:

1. Initial research of 100 grant opportunities. This research includes basic information that will determine if the opportunity is a good fit for your nonprofit, including priorities of the funder, geographic restrictions, whether the funder accepts unsolicited proposals, and more.

2. A 12-month grant calendar of the best 20 grant opportunities. In addition to the initial research, this deliverable includes the funder's typical funding range, five-year funding history, contact information, and information about their grant process.

3. Highlighted 5-10 opportunities your organization has the best chance of winning. In addition to the information provided in the first two deliverables, this research will dive deep into the funder and give you insight into the funder's assets, other organizations they have recently funded, recent tax documentation, funding strategy, and more.
