• Which details are essential to get us started?

  We need your Business Name and Brief of the business, tagline (if any), style preferences, colours and website(if any), and any specific ideas/examples you have in mind. The more information, the better!

• What deliverables should I choose?

  We believe it depends on you. If you have an in-house designer, go for the Basic or Business package depending on how many concepts you want. If you don't have a designer, I strongly recommend the Corporate package, as we will develop absolutely every file you will ever need.

• How would the revisions work and when can I expect them?

  The revision turnaround time is 18-24 hours for minor changes. Any major changes to the design can take more time according to the complexity of the project. It could take up to 48 hours such as during weekends.

• What to do if i do not like the final design or changed my mind?

  Just communicate with me and be straight forward and i will take care of it.
