  I partner with you to identify organizational procedures and research effective practices to develop documentation for staff in your organization. This can include interviewing teams and reviewing organizational documents. You receive a streamlined, written document or wiki that makes it easier to onboard new staff, interns, or volunteers.

• Grant Research

  I research and narrow down the best-fit grants your organization should pursue for 12 to 18 months of funding. You receive a written overview of 8 to 10 grants that your organization has the best chance of being awarded. Maximize your chances of securing funding while minimizing the time you used to spend chasing grants. Note: I work with 501(c)3 nonprofits only at this time.
