Discovery Conversation
We will have this via a video call, phone call, emails, or messages.
It will be your opportunity to tell me;
š what your challenge is,
š whether your have tried implementing any solutions,
š solutions you may have thought of,
š what you hope to achieve,
š your timeline,
š what role you see me playing, and
š any other relevant questions you or I have.
Project Proposal
Based on our Discover Conversation I will provide you wiht a Project Proposal which will outline the following;
š proposed timelines,
š project cost per hour or fixed cost (we can negotiate this!) and payment plan,
š your challenge,
š my proposed solution, and
š project plan.
Project Plan
Once we have agreed the Project Proposal, I will write up as required a Project Plan. What this contains will depend on your project, your challenge, the agreed solution, and anything else we have agreed but could include;
š project scope,
š project objectives,
š communication plan,
š risk management plan,
š project budget,
š and anything else relevant to delivering the agreed solution!
Project Implementation
This is where the fun happens! I will deliver on the Project as agreed. This could include;
š further involvement from you,
š it may need your team involved,
š reporting as agreed, and
š of course delivering the project as agreed!
Project Close Out
This step is effectively where my job ends and your job begins to make what was implemented BAU!
Once the project is delivered, we will;
š have a debrief on the project,
š making what was implmented BAU,
š lessons learnt, and
š recommendations on what is next.
