Summary
Service Overview
I will be designing your landing website using Figma. The process can be altered depending on the timeline and complexity of each project, but my standard process follows the design thinking process.
Client Interview. I aim to gain a deeper understanding of the project's context and constraints to help shape my design process. This is where we also discuss the project details, scope, and overall vision. We can do this virtually or in-person, with coffee as you like!
UX Strategy. Based on the stakeholder interview, I formulate research objectives, determine user personas, and compile insights to create journey maps to structure the project, from user flows to overall UI design.
Interaction Design. Based on the data gathered and analyzed, I design user flows, sitemap, and low-fidelity wireframes. I test the wireframes here with you to solidify the overall logic and flow of the website.
UI Design. This is where I convert the wireframes into actual designs. I will also ensure that all designs are responsive from mobile to desktop breakpoints. I also perform usability testing on the mockups to ensure its intuitiveness and user-friendliness.
Handoffs. This is where I handoff all UX artifacts and design documents for your own use.
Scope and Services
The scope of the project will be decided at the beginning during the client interview. It can include all or some of the services mentioned above, and the pricing adjusts based on the finalized scope.

What's included
Research Documentation
This document contains all the research artifacts, methodologies, user profiles, and findings to be handed over after the project completion.
Design Files (Figma)
All the design files will be handed over to you for IP rights and protection. This typically includes wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
Website Pages
The pages included in this package are the Homepage, About, 1 Service/Product, Blog, and Contact Us pages, but extra pages can be discussed for a custom quotation.
