Process

1. Initial Onboarding – We’ll discuss your business, goals, and accounting needs.
2.  Access Setup – I’ll be added to your QBO/Xero and receive read-only access to bank/credit cards.
3.  Bookkeeping Schedule – I’ll establish a recurring schedule for reconciliations and report delivery.
4.  Monthly Bookkeeping – Each month, I’ll categorize transactions, reconcile accounts, and deliver reports.
5.  Insights & Check-In – You’ll receive a monthly summary with helpful insights and can schedule check-ins if needed.

    Yes, I offer catch-up services before starting monthly support. Let’s get you caught up first!

  • What software do you use?

    I primarily work in QuickBooks Online and Xero, but I can adapt to your system.

  • Will I still need a CPA or tax preparer?

    Yes, I handle monthly books, and your CPA can handle taxes—but I work closely with CPAs to make sure your books are tax-ready.

  • Can you handle invoicing or bill pay too?

    Yes! I offer A/R and A/P tracking and can add invoicing or bill pay as an add-on service.
