Process

Onboarding process This initial phase ensures a smooth transition, setting clear expectations and establishing communication channels. It includes a kickoff meeting to align on goals, timelines, and key contacts.

Questionaire and Brand Audit A questionnaire will be provided to gather key details about your brand, audience, competitors, and social media goals. This helps me tailor the strategy to your unique needs. Afterwards, we'll have a one-hour call to clarify any questions.

Client Portal A dedicated client portal on Notion will be set up and the client would need to provide a Google Drive link to centralize all project documents, communications, and updates. This portal facilitates easy access to important information and real-time feedback + collaboration.

Research and Strategy This phase involves in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and audience insights to inform a tailored social media strategy. The strategy will outline objectives, key messages, content themes, and metrics for success.

Calendar Development A social media calendar will be developed to ensure consistent and strategic content that’s easy for the client (or any third party) to work on. It will include details of the posts or references (if possible), captions, hashtags, and visual elements.
