This is the process I normally follow:
First meeting - Understand your needs, timing, budget and any initial doubts that can exist.
Pre-production - Start generating a possible script, style, lenght and discuss the details to start the production.
The Illustration Work - If needed, a mood board, story board and some sort of lookbook is created to ensure we're at the same page!
The Animation Work - This is the core of the work, where everything comes into shape
Post production - If needed, we add sound effects, music, and voiceover. Also I modify all the little things that might not really work for you.
Delivery - Good to go!
