• 1. What do you need from me to get started?

  Just the product URL, quick description of your goal, and any specific areas you want me to focus on. If the service requires login, please provide temporary access.

• 2. Do you redesign the UI as part of the audit?

  The standard audit focuses on analysis and recommendations. If you need redesigned screens or improved UI components, you can add: UX Flow Redesign Wireframe Update Full UI Refresh (These are available in the Deluxe and Premium packages.)

• 3. How is this different from a casual “feedback” session?

  A UX Audit is structured, in-depth, and backed by UX methodology. You don’t just receive opinions — you get: Visual evidence Severity levels Prioritized fixes Clear redesign direction It’s the difference between a quick comment… and a strategic evaluation.

• 4. Will you review the entire product or only specific flows?

  I review all major flows, typically including: Onboarding Navigation & IA Main task flow (core feature) Checkout / signup / conversion areas Mobile & desktop consistency If you need an extended audit across all flows, I can create a custom quote.

• 5. What if I disagree with some of your suggestions?

  That’s totally fine — UX is collaborative. During the review call, we can discuss: Your business context Technical constraints Alternative solutions This ensures the recommendations match your real needs.

• 6. How long does the audit take?

  Typically 3–4 days, depending on the product size. You’ll receive a scheduled delivery time before we begin.

• 7. Can I request revisions or ask follow-up questions?

  Yes — you get: 1 round of revisions to the report, if needed Q&A support for 7 days after delivery Premium packages include extended support.

• 8. Do you offer a refund if I’m not satisfied?

  If the audit has not started, you can cancel anytime. Once work has begun, partial refunds may apply depending on progress. My goal is always to deliver value far beyond the price.
