Do you need a boost in the right direction? I'm now offering review of your digital product. This can be live (30 min call) or asynchronous (15 min review then write up of the feedback).
With a call: I will review your product with you on a call so you can hear my thoughts and ideas immediately. I will not provide my notes in writing.
Without a call: I will review your product on my own time and send you a summary with my findings within two days.
I have worked for both large-scale and small-scale national and international companies improving user experiences in differing sectors.
What can you expect?
You can expect a feedback overview of immediate improvements (quick-wins) and more longterm suggested improvement areas of either your overall website / app or a specific area that you would like feedback on.
