• Why wouldn't I just hire a full-time designer?

Pause and resume service on-demand, paying only when you have active design work requiring attention. • Is there a limit to how many requests I can have?

  Once subscribed, you can add unlimited design requests to your queue. They will be delivered to you sequentially, with each one completed within 24-48 business hours before moving on to the next request. Feel free to load up projects in advance so you have a steady stream of designs in progress tailored to your business needs.

• How fast will I receive my designs?

  On average, most requests are completed in just two days or less. However, more complex requests can take longer, but we will break the project into parts and submit progress as we go.

• How does pausing a subscription work?

  We understand design needs fluctuate. Rather than paying for an entire month when you only need a few projects, our pause feature allows billing in 31-day intervals aligned with workloads. For example, you subscribe and use the service for 21 days, completing 2 projects. Ready for a break, you pause the subscription. This freezes the billing cycle, preserving 10 days to utilize later when additional work arises - no service time wasted.

• How do I request designs?

  Use our intuitive software to manage your design board, requests, subscription status, and communication. Simple, minimalistic, and intuitive.

• Is there any design work you don't cover?

  Absolutely. we do not cover the following design work: 3D modeling, animated graphics (GIFS, etc.), document design (medical forms, etc.), complex packaging, and extensive print design (magazines, books, etc.), large ecommerce websites.

• What if I only have a single request?

  That's fine. You can pause your subscription when finished and return when you have additional design needs. There's no need to let the remainder of your subscription go to waste.

• Are there any refunds if I don't like the service?

  Due to the high quality nature of the work, there will be no refunds issued.
