The process

Introduction

To make sure we can help the client properly we do schedule an introductory meeting. We do this to get to know each other and discuss the client's needs. This meeting forms the basis of the design and is therefore very important.

During this meeting, we will also announce a price quote and a schedule. Based on this meeting, an invoice and quotation are drawn up and sent. After signing and the first down payment, we start working on the design

Webdesign

The design is very important. To ensure that this design is made to your requirements, we do at least an introductory meeting in which we want to establish your wishes and needs. Based on these needs, we start working on the design. We share a link of the file so that the customer can always take a look to see whether the result is going in the right direction or not.

When we have finished the first version of the design, we send an e-mail to schedule an online meeting to discuss the design. We do this so we can tell why we made certain choices and so the client can give feedback.

After the initial feedback, we get to work on improving it. Then the same process is repeated again. We will schedule another meeting to discuss everything. After this meeting, we make the final adjustments and then start working on the developing

Development

If we start developing then the end is in sight. Because we develop with Framer, we can share the progress by publishing the website with a url. This allows the client to see what the end result will look like.

Once development is complete, we will schedule an appointment to arrange the handover.

Handover

Upon handover, we will make sure the domain name is set up properly and can still help with linking to Google analytics if needed.

We will also provide brief training on Framer. The platform we work with. We do this so the client can make changes to the website themselves whenever they want so they no longer have to wait for developers to make changes. Should the customer want to change difficult things, they can always contact us!

What's included

Handover
Once development is complete, we will transfer the website. We do this by means of a short training session (about half an hour to an hour) so that the customer knows what we have done and can make future adjustments himself.
