Summary

My mixed media background and comic illustration skills bring a unique but detailed visual for your story! My work is often compared to The Gorillaz, Tank Girl, Soul Eater, and Jet Set Radio art styles, therefore I love science fiction and action-adventure urban settings.

Process

I start with a free consultation where you tell me what you're looking for. I then make 5-10 concept sketches based on our conversation. Based on your feedback, I will either come up with more concepts or proceed with the final design.

FAQs

How do you charge?
I charge $10 for each concept sketch. Based on the project complexity I will propose an hourly rate between $25-45 and will require 50% of the anticipated final price up front with the concept sketch charges, then the remainder upon completion.
What are you open to?
Anything! I highly suggest looking through my portfolio site (www.elliereis.com) to find examples of what you would like stylistically.
How long will it take?
Depends on how fast we move through the initial process, but usually 3-5 weeks.

I had a dilemma. I was publishing a book, and I thought I knew everything I wanted for the cover. I thought I could do it alone. Turns out, I'm no master of art.
