Full spread sheets of designs, with callouts, iterations, and turnarounds of characters, props, or weapons ready for asset creation. Delivered over email as high resolution PNG files as well as original project files.
Game Design Documents
A pitch document or reference document for game mechanics and other related information for potential systems in the project to refer to later or to use as a foundation for further ideas. Delivered either in a Google Doc, docx, or as a PDF.

Any time spent on work of any kind is billed at a minimum of 1 hour of work after initial job.
No, they will be sent for free and asking for different file formats does not cost anything.
Overtime pay, which would be time and a half with an hour minimum pay. Weird hours really just means after or before work hours, outside of 10-6pm CST.
