I love to write code, I set high goals for myself and I tend to communicate often and efficiently.

In general, I will just need a visual spec or a text document with an outline of what expecations will be. I'll review and then followup with questions. If everything looks good I'll start working on the project and ask questions via chat if any issues come up.
