After our initial discovery meeting, I will begin by creating a wireframe in Figma. This wireframe serves as a visual blueprint of the app’s functionality, presented in grayscale to emphasize structure and layout without distractions from design elements. The goal at this stage is to focus on how users will interact with the app and ensure that the app's features are logically organized. Once the wireframe is ready, we’ll schedule a meeting to review the direction of the app and gather your feedback. This will be an opportunity to assess whether the flow and structure align with your vision for the app. The package includes one wireframe, and if additional revisions are needed, they will be charged separately.

Following our discussion and feedback on the wireframe, I will move forward with designing a low-fidelity prototype. This version will begin to take on the look and feel of the final app, although it will remain in grayscale and without final imagery. The primary focus at this stage is to refine the app’s interaction flow, allowing us to evaluate how the app functions from a user perspective. I highly recommend testing this prototype with real users to gather feedback on its usability, functionality, and overall user experience. If desired, I can add interactive elements to the prototype to simulate click-through navigation. After the prototype is completed, we will have another meeting where you can share your thoughts, and I’ll incorporate your feedback into the next phase. The package includes one low-fidelity prototype, and any adjustments made based on this feedback will be reflected in the high-fidelity version.

Once I have collected your feedback on the low-fidelity prototype, I will transform it into a high-fidelity clickable prototype in Figma. This version will closely resemble the final app, both in terms of its functionality and visual design, including your branding elements such as colors, logos, and imagery. The high-fidelity prototype will offer a near-final representation of the user interface and can be used for in-depth user testing or as a handoff to developers for further development. At this stage, you will receive two rounds of revisions, during which we can make adjustments based on your feedback. We'll also meet to review these changes and discuss any further refinements. Any additional revisions beyond the included two will be subject to an additional cost.
