Core: USD 900 per month for up to 12 hours. Plus: USD 1,200 per month for up to 18 hours. Initial 30 days, then monthly by written agreement. Paid monthly in advance or through a funded monthly milestone.

Excludes regulated accounting, legal, tax, HR or fundraising decisions; urgent after-hours cover; line management; sales closing; software development; or an unlimited task list. Work outside scope or hours is separately approved and quoted.
