I will talk to you and your team to better understand what is your requirements, the business status (if applicable) and any ongoing business strategy that may influence the design.

I will perform the research require on the product requested and provide insights on the solution, primarily focus on how we can provide value for users within our capabilities by analysing the user journey.

From there, I will draft out concepts for the app/software, which includes visual mood boarding, feature analysis, and drafting ideal customer profile / persona.

I will provide a wireframe, facilitating discussion and make major revisions to our ideas at this stage.

I will present a high fidelity mockup that closely mimics how the app should look like in Figma, with annotations on key features and interactions. At this stage, we will focus on minor revisions and refine the small details.
