Assist with system requirements identification, data migration, user testing, report design, and support working with the implementation consulting firm, along with customer staff, to get the new system up and running. Includes preparing user training materials and legacy data cleanup and parsing.
Experience in implementation support for Sage Reporting, QuickBooks, Great Plains and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
