Summary

I offer data entry and data cleansing support to populate an ERP system with data contained on a hard copy document or data in electronic format. This service includes downloading data from the legacy system, cleaning up and reformatting the data, and working with an ERP consultant to ensure the data is in a format that can be imported into the new ERP system.

Data entry
Entry of data into Excel, ERP system or Word document by typing, copy paste or import.
Data cleansing
Clean up and formatting of data for data entry, import or migration
PDF conversion to Excel or Word or text
Conversion of PDF document to other data types, including Excel, Word or text.
System implementation support
Assist with system requirements identification, data migration, user testing, report design, and support working with the implementation consulting firm, along with customer staff, to get the new system up and running. Includes preparing user training materials and legacy data cleanup and parsing. Experience in implementation support for Sage Reporting, QuickBooks, Great Plains and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
